Print off this ORDER FORM, and fill out your contact details, then bring it with
your media items into our Auckland office, or enclose it with your parcel and
send it by traceable couriers (such as Courier Post at the Post Office) to:

: 2. We will complete the work and email you an Invoice.

3. When payment is received, we will ship your goods via courier

(Regular and Corporate Customers can open a Credit Account).
